In the coreRANCOURT CAREER COACHING program, developed by Karen L. Rancourt, Ph.D., Karen and the client work together one-on-one, using a framework comprised of three modules with 12 action steps, individualized and customized for each client.

As a Rancourt Career Coaching client, you receive:
An initial, no-charge phone interview to determine if Karen and her coaching framework is an appropriate approach to meet your professional development and/or career transition expectations.
Three one-hour work sessions over a three-month period of time. The first session is in person; the other sessions may be via the phone, to meet your schedule. (Half-hour sessions may be scheduled instead of hour-long sessions.)
Relevant research, documents, and tools to support your career transition goals.
The results of two assessments that help identify preferences and potential career areas of interest. (The assessments are completed online in 20 minutes. The specific assessments used are NBI™ General Thinking Preferences and NBI™ Leadership Preferences. Karen is a licensed practitioner for these tools.)
A summary of action items at the end of each session.
Invitations to sessions with all of Karen's clients to network and share contacts, leads and resources.
Fees
The charge for the core program is $595, payable in full before the first session. Additional follow-up sessions, are available for $150 per session, also payable in advance.

Training programs for career coaches and human resources professionals on career transition strategies, e.g., “Real-Time Coaching,” “How to Use the Rancourt Career Coaching Framework.”
Fees are determined by the specifics of each program and service.
